As part of Candriam's Global Private Assets Distribution team and embedded within the local German &amp; Austrian Sales team, the Private Assets Distribution Specialist will play a key role in expanding the distribution of Candriam's private assets offering across client segments in the region.
Combining business development responsibilities and product expertise, the successful candidate will develop client relationships, originate new business opportunities and support fundraising activities in close collaboration with the local Sales team.
A distinctive feature of the role is the close collaboration with Candriam's specialist private assets investment partners (Tristan Capital, Kartesia, Andera Partners) representing their investment capabilities across Real Estate, Private Debt, and Private Equity
The role will act as the local Private Assets expert, helping position Candriam and its partner boutiques as leading providers of private market investment solutions, and supporting their international distribution strategy in Germany and Austria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Key responsibilities include :
 1. Private Assets Distribution &amp; Relationship Development
Act within the German sales team as a dedicated     Private Assets distribution specialist.
Originate and contribute to opening long-term   relationships with a focus on institutional investors,   including pension funds, insurance companies, family   offices, sovereign entities, foundations, consultants.
Leverage an existing institutional network to   generate  fundraising opportunities and build a robust   commercial pipeline.
Support the distribution of Candriam's private assets   offering, with a particular focus on strategies   managed  by its specialist investment partners,   including Andera Partners, Kartesia and Tristan Capital   Partners.Support development of opportunities across   wealth and intermediary channels (promotion of semi-   liquid range).
Position Candriam and its specialized investment   boutiques as a long-term strategic partner for clients   in the region.

2. Product &amp; Boutiques
Act as a knowledgeable and credible representation   of the group’s private assets capabilities.
Support client meetings, due diligence sessions and   fundraising discussions alongside local sales teams.
Drive and coordinate commercial activities:  roadshows, events, trainings.
