As an HR Assistant intern at Candriam, you will support the HR team in Luxembourg with the following tasks: Contribute to personnel administration, time management follow-up, and various administrative tasks (file management, company vehicles, and expense reports). Assist in drafting and sending HR communications. Ensure the update of internal documents, the intranet, and Welcome Packs. Support the follow-up of interns across different countries. Provide assistance in the organisation and follow-up of training sessions. Assist in preparing the training co-funding application under the INFPC. Participate in the creation of Handbooks (country-specific regulatory guides). Support the management of cross-border workers, including preparing declarations and issuing A1 certificates. Get involved in the department’s various projects.
