Reporting to Candriam’s Head of Fixed Income, the quantitative analysis team provides technical and quantitative support to portfolio managers through the development of proprietary decision-making tools.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Main responsibilities:
Develop robust and well-adapted quantitative tools and models to analyze Fixed Income markets and enhance fund decision-making processes (Top-Down analysis, Asset Allocation, key indicators forecasting, etc.).
Design, develop, and backtest trading strategies and ideas (Relative Value, Pair Trading, Statistical Arbitrage, etc.) to provide actionable signals to our Fixed Income desks within a discretionary trading environment.
Contribute to both internal and external communication regarding the tools, models, and strategies developed (quantitative reports, presentations, training sessions, support materials, white papers, etc.)

As a Business Manager, you will support the CEO at the highest level.

Key responsibilities:
Executive &amp; Governance Support
• Prepare key governance meetings: Board of Directors, EXCO and subsidiaries’ Boards
• Draft agendas, briefing packs and supporting documentation
• Prepare speaking notes and ensure consistency of key messages across meetings
• Contribute to the organization of shareholder-related governance bodies’ committees (for instance: Risk Steering Committee, Global Distribution Oversight Committee, Annual Business Review, etc)

Business Oversight &amp; Coordination
• Prepare monthly business reviews (N-1 meetings): agenda, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Track key action points and execution across teams
• Coordinate with EXCO members and senior stakeholders on critical topics
Strategic Content &amp; Communication
• Prepare briefing materials for client meetings and external engagements
• Draft and adapt speaking notes, presentations, and key messages
• Contribute to media preparation (Q&amp;A, key messages, one-pagers) with Communications teams
• Support internal communication events (Townhall, Management Committee, seminars)

External &amp; Internal Events Preparation
• Support the CEO in representation activities (clients, industry events, seminars)
• Prepare event briefings (participants, context, logistics)
• Contribute to internal events (new joiners’ seminar, employee sessions, branch visits)

Ad-hoc Strategic Support
• Draft high-level memos and briefing notes on strategic topics
• Synthesize investment topics into concise formats
• Deliver high-quality one-pagers and executive summaries

Executive Office Coordination
• Ensure optimal calendar management and prioritization
• Monitor communications (emails, requests) and ensure timely responses
• Support the CEO's professional online presence (e.g., LinkedIn coordination)&lt;br /&gt;

• Produce forward-looking analyses such as accounting return projections for insurance companies and fee simulations.
• Ensure consistency and quality of investment data across systems used for portfolio management, risk, and reporting. 
• Act as a liaison between portfolio management and internal stakeholders (risk, compliance, IT, client servicing). 
• Coordinate and contribute to responses to RFPs and client-specific investment requests. 
• Participate in the development and enhancement of investment tools (Excel, VBA, PowerBI), including automation of existing analyses.&lt;br /&gt;
