Within the Compliance team, and more specifically within the Compliance Conduct &amp; Advisory / Internal Control teams, you will actively contribute to missions related to regulatory monitoring, internal control, and compliance risk oversight. You will work closely with the Risk, IT, and various business teams in a dynamic and international environment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Within the Compliance team, we have defined a set of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We are now looking to automate them within a consistent dashboard accessible to team leaders, heads of business units, and other stakeholders (such as Risk or Compliance teams). The objective is to leverage our existing technological solutions available at Candriam. This set of KPIs and KRIs should be integrated into the Compliance &amp; Internal Control dashboard and presented during Internal Control Coordination Committees.

In this context, you will provide support and actively participate in the following missions:
Drafting, updating and monitoring internal procedures,
Drafting and review of regulatory documents and ongoing reporting to the management
In collaboration with the Compliance Internal Control team members, participate in the drafting of internal controls based on the Compliance Control plan
Participation in other ongoing compliance checks and monitoring, reporting on anomalies, and issuance of recommendations.
Drafting of training materials for employees, raising teams awareness of compliance risks
Ad hoc assistance to the Global Head of Compliance&lt;br /&gt;

The Investment Solutions Manager – ALM Actuary plays a specialized role within the Solutions Development team, focused on the analysis, design, and follow-up of liability-driven and regulatory-constrained investment solutions. This includes working closely with institutional clients such as pension funds and insurers to develop strategic asset allocations, and design portfolios tailored to specific liability profiles and regulatory capital requirements.
This role requires a deep understanding of actuarial techniques, solvency regimes, and multi-asset investment strategies.

This role can be based in Brussels or Luxembourg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your main missions will be the following:
Serving our insurance and Pension Funds clients with ad-hoc and regular specific analysis (ALM, definition of strategic asset allocation, regulatory follow-up such as capital requirements, etc) either in support of the Institutional Portfolio Management team or for potential new clients.
Tracking regulation and identifying new challenges and opportunities.
Designing bespoke solutions for other type of clients, depending of Sales’ requests (multidisciplinary approach covering all asset classes including real assets, bespoke indices, tailored portfolios, …)
Supporting sales efforts for complex projects.&lt;br /&gt;

The Corporate Officer - Secretary General supports the Secretary General in managing Candriam’s group governance framework and corporate documentation, contributing to the efficient coordination of company secretarial tasks and regulatory filings.
This position is based in Luxembourg and plays a key role in the organization of governance bodies, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations across jurisdictions.
It works closely with legal, compliance, senior management, and external stakeholders to uphold the integrity of corporate governance procedures and support the smooth operation of the group’s entities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Main responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation and follow-up of board and committee meetings across Candriam entities, including agendas, minutes, and documentation.
Maintain corporate registers and statutory documents for group entities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
Assist with corporate approvals, resolutions, and legal formalities related to group structure, signatories, and operational authorizations.
Ensure the timely execution and filing of legal documents with notaries, trade registers, or supervisory authorities.
Support the Secretary General with the implementation of governance rules and processes across business lines and support functions.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on topics related to corporate structure, governance, and regulatory change.
Track regulatory developments in governance and company law, contributing to the update of internal processes and templates.
Assist in the coordination of external audits, regulatory inspections, and internal control processes related to corporate documentation.
Prepare supporting materials for group and entity-level governance reviews and reporting.
Ensure consistency of internal record-keeping and alignment with group governance policies.&lt;br /&gt;
