As part of Candriam's digital transformation, the Digital Analytics &amp; Conversion Specialist is the central expert for digital performance measurement, analytics and conversion optimization.
The role is responsible for developing and evolving Candriam's digital analytics ecosystem, transforming data into actionable insights that enhance customer journeys, improve digital performance and support data-driven decision making across websites, campaigns, CRM activities and other digital platforms.
Working closely with marketing, digital and business teams, the specialist provides reliable reporting, develops performance dashboards and identifies optimization opportunities to maximize user engagement, conversion and overall digital effectiveness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Define and maintain digital measurement frameworks and KPIs. 
- Manage and optimize Piwik PRO tracking implementation. 
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards     and reporting solutions. 
- Monitor website, campaign, CRM and social media performance. 
- Analyze customer journeys and identify conversion   opportunities. 
- Support UX and CRO initiatives through data-driven   recommendations. 
- Produce regular performance reports for management and   stakeholders. 
- Ensure data quality, governance and reporting consistency. 
- Collaborate with CRM, Web, Campaign and IT teams to improve   digital performance. 
- Support experimentation and testing initiatives.&lt;br /&gt;

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
Coordinate paid media activities across LinkedIn, Google, display and other relevant platforms.

Manage executive advocacy programs for senior leadership.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.

The Content team is looking for a content manager (In Brussels or London) who can produce and coordinate high-quality investment content to support Candriam’s strategic positioning and commercial objectives.

As a content manager in the Content team, you will be responsible for feeding Candriam’s communications channels with engaging, creative and impactful content, both written and multimedia (audio and video).

Reporting to the Head of Content, the role works closely with Investment, Sales and Communication teams to deliver content that is clear, accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and compliance standards.

The position requires excellent English writing and editorial skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
·        Create a wide range of high-quality investment content including web pages, articles and white papers, emails, video and audio scripts, brochures and infographics.
·        Write, adapt and edit investment content for institutional, wholesale and retail clients in coordination with investment experts.
·        Ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to Candriam’s tone of voice and editorial guidelines and work with compliance to ensure the content meets regulatory requirements.
·        Support the distribution of content across Candriam’s digital and print channels, including newsletters, website, and sales collateral.
·        Coordinate content workflows with internal and external contributors.
·        Contribute to the planning and managing of content calendars including researching trends and sharing content ideas.
·        Ensure alignment with product launches, campaigns, and strategic priorities.
·        Maintain and develop knowledge on the markets and all asset classes.
·        Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad stakeholder network — including Investment and Sales - to ensure effective content delivery.
·        Act as a key internal contact for investment, market and strategy-related expertise.
·        Adapt content for multiple jurisdictions as required.
·        Support continuous improvement of content through feedback and performance insights.&lt;br /&gt;
