Support the investment activities of Candriam’s Institutional Portfolio Management team by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of portfolio data, analyses, and operational processes.
The Investment Support Officer acts as a key partner to portfolio managers, contributing to portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and investment decision support. This role plays a central part in enhancing investment processes, supporting governance, and facilitating coordination across front office, risk, sales &amp; reporting, and operational teams.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Provide daily support to portfolio managers through monitoring of investment limits, NAV validation, and performance analysis. 
• Contribute to portfolio construction activities by supporting rebalancing processes and replicating benchmark risk exposures. 
• Manage liquidity through execution and monitoring of money market and repo transactions. 
• Prepare and analyse investment data for economic presentations, internal committees, client presentations and strategic discussions. 
• Produce forward-looking analyses such as accounting return projections for insurance companies and fee simulations.
• Ensure consistency and quality of investment data across systems used for portfolio management, risk, and reporting. 
• Act as a liaison between portfolio management and internal stakeholders (risk, compliance, IT, client servicing). 
• Coordinate and contribute to responses to RFPs and client-specific investment requests. 
• Participate in the development and enhancement of investment tools (Excel, VBA, PowerBI), including automation of existing analyses.&lt;br /&gt;

The Head of Events is responsible for designing and delivering Candriam’s global event strategy across client, partner, and internal audiences. This senior leadership role oversees the planning and execution of proprietary conferences, sponsored events, hospitality programmes, and internal activations to support business development, brand awareness, and employee engagement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Main responsibilities:
Define and manage the global events calendar in line with commercial priorities and regional sales initiatives.
Set strategic objectives and ensure business alignment across all event formats.
Manage and mentor the events team across countries.
Ensure consistency in quality, brand alignment, and project delivery.
Promote knowledge sharing and cross-market collaboration.
Oversee the full lifecycle of flagship events, from planning and budgeting through to on-site delivery and post-event reporting.
Work closely with Communications, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams to develop impactful event concepts and ensure alignment on content, audiences, and goals.
Lead negotiations with venues, agencies, and service providers.
Manage the global events budget, ensuring cost-efficiency, transparency, and return on investment.
Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of the event programme.
Evaluate emerging event technologies and formats to enhance participant experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards.&lt;br /&gt;
