To ensure the development of our activities, we are looking for a :

Human Resources Assistant Intern (M/F/D) - 6 months minimum
Internship agreement

You will join a team of 3 people responsible for Luxembourg and International. (8 countries)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
As an HR Assistant intern at Candriam, you will support the HR team in Luxembourg with the following tasks:
Contribute to personnel administration, time management follow-up, and various administrative tasks (file management, company vehicles, and expense reports).
Assist in drafting and sending HR communications.
Ensure the update of internal documents, the intranet, and Welcome Packs.
Support the follow-up of interns across different countries.
Provide assistance in the organisation and follow-up of training sessions.
Assist in preparing the training co-funding application under the INFPC.
Participate in the creation of Handbooks (country-specific regulatory guides).
Support the management of cross-border workers, including preparing declarations and issuing A1 certificates.
Get involved in the department’s various projects.&lt;br /&gt;

Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) motivé(e) et proactif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe internationale Learning &amp; Development en septembre 2026. Cette alternance offre une opportunité unique de découvrir l’ensemble du cycle de la formation, depuis les outils digitaux d’apprentissage jusqu’à la coordination de programmes internationaux.

Vous jouerez un rôle dans le soutien de nos initiatives stratégiques en matière de formation, ainsi que dans la mise en œuvre fluide des formations obligatoires et transversales à l’échelle du groupe.

Dans le cadre de ce poste, les principales missions sont les suivantes :
Soutien aux programmes internationaux
Assistance dans la coordination complète des programmes de formation transversaux à l’échelle internationale.
Gestion logistique : planification, communication avec les participants, préparation des supports et suivi budgétaire.
Contribution à l’évaluation des programmes et à leur amélioration continue.
Gestion quotidienne de la plateforme de formation (LCMS, TMS, LMS,…)
Participer à l’amélioration continue et à l’optimisation des outils digitaux de formation.
Gestion des formations obligatoires
Coordination avec les parties prenantes internes pour assurer le déploiement des formations obligatoires.
Développement de contenus pédagogiques en partenariat avec les experts métiers.
Suivi des taux de complétion, génération de rapports et relances auprès des équipes concernées.&lt;br /&gt;

As Junior Fund Finance Officer within the Fund Finance &amp; Manco Services team, you will contribute to the day-to-day (BAU) execution of fund finance activities while progressively developing a broader understanding of fund fee operations, fee controls, and key financial/accounting drivers across Candriam's fund structures, covering both UCITS and AIF vehicles.           
You will support recurring controls, payment follow-up, reconciliations, data quality checks, and reporting activities, while being encouraged to understand the rationale behind the numbers, raise questions, identify inconsistencies, and suggest practical improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working. An interest in digital tools, automation and pragmatic AI use cases, or the potential to develop this orientation over time, will be valued.
The role involves close collaboration with fund administrators, auditors, and other external service providers, as well as cross‑jurisdictional management company teams, including Legal Fund Management, Product Management, Risk Management, and Portfolio Management... Reporting directly to the Head of Fund Finance &amp; Manco Services, you will progressively grow into a more autonomous role with increasing responsibility on value-added analyses and cross-functional initiatives.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
·        Support day-to-day fund business administration, including invoice checks, payment follow-up, reconciliations, data quality reviews, and maintenance of financial information.
·        Perform recurring controls on fees, expenses, accruals, and service provider data, and escalate breaks or unusual items in a timely manner.
·        Help prepare analyses for budgeting, forecasting, fee reviews, product cost follow-up, and profitability monitoring.
·        Monitor selected KPIs and cost trends, and contribute to identifying risks, inconsistencies, or optimisation opportunities.
·        Liaise with asset servicers (fund accountants, custodians, administrators) and support the follow-up of deliverables, issues, and action points.
·        Contribute to the quality and reliability of reporting, documentation, and control evidence within the fund finance framework.
·        Work closely with fund administrators, Service Providers, legal, risk, auditors, management company teams across jurisdiction (portfolio management, compliance...) on day-to-day topics and specific requests.
·        Develop the habit of understanding the “why” behind processes and figures and raise relevant questions when something appears unclear or inconsistent.
·        Contribute to fund lifecycle events, new product launches, restructurings, and changes in operating models by supporting financial and operational assessments.
·        Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, controls, and ways of working, with a progressive expectation to propose and follow through on improvements.
·        Show interest in digital tools, automation, data analysis and practical AI use cases, or the ability to develop this orientation over time, in ways that can enhance efficiency, control quality or reporting.
·        Build autonomy progressively on designated topics and take accountability for delivering assigned analyses, follow-ups, and action items to a high standard.
