The Senior Equity Fund Manager is a senior-level position responsible for managing investment funds, developing investment strategies, and delivering strong investment performance. This role requires extensive experience in investment management, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to guide investment teams.
The Senior Equity Fund Manager co-manages different strategies within the team and bring a technical expertise to our fundamental team, from technical analysis and other quantitative momentum signals to the use of derivatives.
He/She challenges the fundamental stock picking as well as the beta management for the different strategies.
His/Her main tasks are as follows:
- Fund Management: Top Down view about Equity markets, Challenge of the fundamental stock picking of the team, Use of Quantitative and Technical analysis to optimize the short term investment timing of the different strategies. Invest in Derivatives to better optimize the risk reward.
- Interact with clients, directly or through the Client Portfolio Manager, to understand their investment goals, and provide investment advice and guidance.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering, CFA.
- Minimum 10 years as Equity Fund Manager with a momentum-quantitative and Derivatives approach
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment theories.
- Proven track record of successful investment performance.
- Solid understanding of fundamental analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, team-player.
