Mission

The Securities Referential & ESG team is responsible for the creation and maintenance of financial instruments and the verification of ESG data. The team also supports key operational processes such as pricing and indices and contributes to internal tool development.

 

To support these missions, Candriam is looking for a student (12 to 24 months) who will assist with data quality control, VBA/Python developments, and provide operational support during peak periods. The position will start in September 2025.

 

Responsabilité

Securities Masterfiles & ESG:

  • Create financial securities, from standard to more complex instruments.
  • Verify and analyze ESG data provided by the Candriam ESG Team or by external data providers.
  • Maintain and control the main database through the development and automation of VBA macros or Python scripts.
     

Pricing & Index:

  • Ensure the proper daily follow-up of the processes related to pricing and index activities.
     

Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to the development of new controls and the enhancement of existing processes in close collaboration with functional leaders and team members.
     

Profil

• Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economy or Statistics
• Fluent English and French.
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector and, in particular, in Asset Management products and solutions.
• Complete mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Good command of VBA and Python
• Good communication skills, oral and written, in French and English.
• Rigor, attention to detail.
• Adaptability, proactivity.
• Team spirit.
