Mission

We are seeking a Head of Content to join our Marketing & Communications team and drive Candriam’s global content strategy.

You will lead our brand storytelling and thought leadership initiatives, ensuring a consistent, high-impact voice across all regions and channels. This role is key to reinforcing Candriam’s position as a leading, responsible investment firm and aligning marketing, investment, and distribution efforts.

You can choose to be based in London, Brussels, or Paris.

Responsabilities

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Define and execute a global content strategy aligned with Candriam’s brand and business goals.
  • Elevate thought leadership and ensure content quality and coherence across platforms.
  • Manage a content calendar and oversee production with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Collaborate with investment experts to produce timely and relevant insights.
  • Partner with digital and analytics teams to measure impact and optimize engagement.
  • Support distribution partners, in Europe and internationally (banking networks, private banks, advisors, etc.) with tailored content.
  • Lead content governance, defining tone, editorial standards, and workflows.

Profile

• 10+ years' experience in content strategy, journalism, or marketing communications within financial services (ideally asset management).
• Strong grasp of investment topics and client trends.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills in English (French or other European languages a plus).
• Strategic thinker, able to translate complex ideas into engaging narratives.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-driven.
