Mission
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will support a member of the Executive Committee (EXCO) at the highest level.
This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract, as part of a temporary replacement.
This is a strategic and highly visible role, combining executive support, coordination across senior stakeholders, governance support, and content preparation.
Responsabilities
Key responsibilities:
Executive & Governance Support
• Prepare key governance meetings: Board of Directors, EXCO and subsidiaries’ Boards
• Draft agendas, briefing packs and supporting documentation
• Prepare speaking notes and ensure consistency of key messages across meetings
• Contribute to the organization of shareholder-related governance bodies’ committees (for instance: Risk Steering Committee, Global Distribution Oversight Committee, Annual Business Review, etc)
Business Oversight & Coordination
• Prepare monthly business reviews (N-1 meetings): agenda, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Track key action points and execution across teams
• Coordinate with EXCO members and senior stakeholders on critical topics
Strategic Content & Communication
• Prepare briefing materials for client meetings and external engagements
• Draft and adapt speaking notes, presentations, and key messages
• Contribute to media preparation (Q&A, key messages, one-pagers) with Communications teams
• Support internal communication events (Townhall, Management Committee, seminars)
External & Internal Events Preparation
• Support the EXCO member in representation activities (clients, industry events, seminars)
• Prepare event briefings (participants, context, logistics)
• Contribute to internal events (new joiners’ seminar, employee sessions, branch visits)
Ad-hoc Strategic Support
• Draft high-level memos and briefing notes on strategic topics
• Synthesize investment topics into concise formats
• Deliver high-quality one-pagers and executive summaries
Executive Office Coordination
• Ensure optimal calendar management and prioritization
• Monitor communications (emails, requests) and ensure timely responses
• Support the EXCO member’s professional online presence (e.g., LinkedIn coordination)
Profile
Experience
• Experience as Executive Assistant at senior / C-level level
• Experience in financial services or asset management is a strong advantage
• Proven exposure to governance bodies and senior stakeholders
Skills

• Strong project coordination, follow-up, and delivery discipline
