Mission
As a Performance & Data Analyst in our Performance Measurement team at Candriam, you are joining a global multi-specialist asset management firm renowned for its commitment to sustainable and responsible investments.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our reporting data, essential for both external client reports and consumption by internal clients like the RFP team and Front Office.
Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of portfolio data relevant to our diverse investment solutions, including performance metrics, asset allocations, and holdings information. Your responsibilities will be pivotal in managing the performance engine's parameterization, overseeing the data flow process, and enhancing data quality.
This role is integral to feeding accurate and reliable data into our central data lake, supporting strategic decision-making and analysis across the company.
It requires a dedication to operational excellence and a proactive approach to developing your technical skills within the evolving landscape of sustainable asset management.
Responsabilities
- You collect data from different sources and integrate it into the performance calculation tool
- You maintain the set-up of the production scope
- You manage the output of performance results to serve all business needs
- You actively contribute to specific projects on creating value added services for internal and external clients
- You provide innovative insight in data related to regulatory and business challenges
- You assess, design and implement solutions in data management, data governance and data quality
- You analyze systems and processes to make them more efficient and to make data delivery faster and more accurate.
Profile
• You hold a Master in finance, economics or you are preferably performance measurement and GIPS
• You have excellent reporting & data management skills
• A previous experience with a performance analysis tool is an asset (Statpro, Bisam, Factset,..)
• You have an analytical mind that is capable of creative and solution-oriented thinking in a continuous search for improvement
• You are efficient and work in a structured and methodical way
• You have an eye for detail, you are meticulous and pragmatic
• You are a motivated person that can work in a dynamical environment and face challenges
• You master MS Excel; Python skills required. knowledge of MS Access, VBA and SQL is an asset, Power BI skills are also a plus
• You are fluent in English, French or Dutch
