Mission

The Client Reporting team provides management reports to institutional and distribution clients, ad-hoc portfolio analysis and performance measures to the Sales and Portfolio Managers teams worldwide. Our scope covers all reporting activities related to performance and risk measurement, portfolio positioning, ESG analysis and regulatory matters.

Responsabilities

  • Provide management reports to external clients (Institutional and Distribution)
  • Provide internal clients (sales and portfolio managers) with ad-hoc portfolio analysis on the financial products offered to clients
  • Support internal teams in the RFP processes
  • Collecting and validating data on the various investment portfolios and their benchmarks
  • Using our technical systems and processes during the report production stage
  • Continuously conducting quality controls
  • Assess the existing reporting processes, propose, and implement solutions to improve time-to-market, quality and industrialization of reports
  • Participate in the implementation of various projects aimed at developing new services or improving existing services offered to clients

Profile

• You are preparing / obtaining a Master's degree in Finance, Business Management or Economics
• You are interested in the financial markets
• You are a team-player and have excellent communication skills
• You can organize your work to be able to cope with tight deadlines
• You are efficient and work in a structured and methodical way
• You are details-oriented, meticulous, and pragmatic
• You master Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• VBA, Phyton and powerBI skills are a strong plus
• You speak English and French or Dutch. Any additional language is a plus
