Mission

The job consists in being the manager of the IT Client Reporting team, this implies the following tasks:

§ Be Central point of contact for the Client Reporting users (such as: Client Reporting, PAR, CDO, Digital Communications for digital reporting subjects)

§ Clearly understand the needs and criticality of the raised request,

§ Organize the analysis and developments in line with Candriam strategy. This is achieved through a very close collaboration with the Business team, a good understanding of Data Front to Back within an Asset manager and Client Reporting needs on all formats (PDF, XLS, Digital), Simcorp Coric, Websites, and a good leadership of the IT Client reporting team members.

 

Responsabilities

As IT Client Reporting Manager, you will also cover the following tasks:

Build and maintain a very close collaboration with the business Managers (Client Reporting, CDO, Digital Communication for digital reporting subjects)

Insure adequate formalization of business requirements by the Business Analysts

Work in very close collaboration with the IT management to assess adequacy of proposed solutions to budget, timing and strategic constraints.

Participate actively in the design and maintenance of our Client Reporting solutions and tools SimCorp Coric, Client Portal on Candriam.com and lead the enhancements and improvements.

Lead the dedicated IT Client Reporting team to maintain adequate quality and motivation.

Supervise, train or guide team members.

Inspire and motivate the team members.

Provide effective feedback.

Always look for improvement

Profile

Good Knowledge of Asset Management's Client Reporting data and technical solutions (such as Simcorp Coric).

5-7 years' experience in similar function

Knowledge in Agile methodologies & Digital Transformation, Client's experience

Experience on Digital Reporting Solutions,

Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment. Dutch is a plus.
