The Senior Technical expert has a key role in the team. This position does not require team management responsibilities, but does require a strong technical leadership. The Senior IT Technical Expert will collaborate with the technical domain referent and will work closely with all developers and business analysts of the domain but also with other transversal teams (agility @scale). In our context, he plays a central role in accelerating IT transformation and the deployment of strategic projects such as the new Client Journey Portal   

The Senior Technical Expert will :

Demonstrates a deep and comprehensive understanding of his area of expertise
•
Always stays on top of the latest developments and research in his area of expertise thanks to continuous learning
•
Define and communicate standards and best practices
•
Monitors the use of these guidelines inside IT teams
•
Participate to the architecture elaboration and the technical document of new applications or major developments before presentation to the architecture committee, for projects requiring his domain of expertise
•
Provide guidance and advice to people in the company facing strategic decisions related to his area of expertise
•
Help solving complex problems or provide solutions to challenging issues
•
Conveying complex subjects in a way that is understandable to any kind of audience
•
Pass his knowledge to IT teams through training sessions on a daily basis in particular for new comers or juniors
•
Guiding and mentoring for IT Technical Analysts
•
Willing and able to work with others to address multidisciplinary challenges effectively
•
Contribute to the company's transformation by implementing innovative solutions in his field of expertise and support business initiatives
•
Take full responsibility for missions, activities, decisions and results

Actively participates in the community of experts
