We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious student to join our esteemed financial investment group as an Identity and Access Management Intern. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in modeling and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems for our organization's intricate network, encompassing 350 diverse business roles across departments such as Sales, Investment Management, IT, and more.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend the nuanced access requirements of various business roles within the organization.
• Design and implement RBAC models tailored to the specific needs and complexities of our system, ensuring seamless access control and compliance.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing access controls, identifying areas for enhancement to optimize efficiency and bolster security measures.
• Document and streamline procedures for provisioning and deprovisioning access rights, adhering to RBAC principles and industry best practices.
• Participate actively in testing and troubleshooting activities, ensuring the robustness and reliability of access control mechanisms.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and technologies is advantageous.
• Passion for learning and a keen interest in the financial investment domain.
