The team leverages the diverse expertise at Candriam, including quantitative, fundamental, and ESG teams.

Responsabilities

Candriam is looking to recruit a Senior Equity Fund Manager.

He/She will manage different large caps ESG Equity funds/mandates and contribute actively to the construction of the global equity process.
He/she will be in charge of the analysis of some sectors as well as market themes that can drive the Top Down decisions.

His/Her main tasks are as follows:
• Fund Management: participate to asset allocation decisions, contribute to bottom-up views about Global Equity markets, challenge of the fundamental stock picking within the team.
• Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
• Monitor the portfolio performance.
• Interact with clients, directly or through the Client Portfolio Manager, to understand their investment goals, and provide investment advice and guidance.
• Communicate investment strategy updates, market outlooks. Participate in industry conferences.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies. Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment theories, and equity strategies
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, investment management software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in portfolio management.
• Proven track record of successful investment performance.
• Solid understanding of risk management principles and techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Effective leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate investment strategies and insights to clients and stakeholders.
