The mission of the new AUM-NNC Reporting Officer will be to upgrade to PowerBi existing reports, create new reports templates with PowerBi on one side, and handle the production (recurrent reports and ad-hoc requests) on the other side.

 The AUM-NNC Reporting team consist of 3 persons (1 manager and 2 employees), all working in our Brussels office reporting to the  Finance Department. The AUM-NNC Reporting team provides all reportings relating to the Assets Under Management and the Inflows and Outflows of Candriam, on a product basis and/or a client basis. The reports are provided to as well internal as external stakeholders (Sales department, Top management, Risk Management, Legal & compliance, Portfolio management, Asset Manager Associations, Market Surveys, etc…)

 The AUM database includes more than 1000 product and 1000 clients, total asset under management stands around 150 billion euros. The AUM-NNC Reporting team handles around 100 recurent reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) and a variable number of ad-hoc requests.

Some recurrent reports are fully automated using VBA, other are partially automated using excel formulas and ad-hoc request are mainly manually handle using excel.

As AUM-NNC Reporting Officer at CANDRIAM, you will put your experience and economic/financial knowledge to use in our Brussels Office:

- Follow-up and monitoring of the Assets under Management, Net New Cash and Market effect database
- Edition of recurrent monthly reportings to management, regulators, professional associations and other business units within Candriam
- Assistance in the edition of the ad hoc reporting to consultants, request for proposals or information for prospects and/or clients, …
- Enhancement and further automation of the reporting modules
