Mission

The Content team is looking for a content manager (In Brussels or London) who can produce and coordinate high-quality investment content to support Candriam’s strategic positioning and commercial objectives.


As a content manager in the Content team, you will be responsible for feeding Candriam’s communications channels with engaging, creative and impactful content, both written and multimedia (audio and video).


Reporting to the Head of Content, the role works closely with Investment, Sales and Communication teams to deliver content that is clear, accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and compliance standards.


The position requires excellent English writing and editorial skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsabilities

·        Create a wide range of high-quality investment content including web pages, articles and white papers, emails, video and audio scripts, brochures and infographics.

·        Write, adapt and edit investment content for institutional, wholesale and retail clients in coordination with investment experts.

·        Ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to Candriam’s tone of voice and editorial guidelines and work with compliance to ensure the content meets regulatory requirements.

·        Support the distribution of content across Candriam’s digital and print channels, including newsletters, website, and sales collateral.

·        Coordinate content workflows with internal and external contributors.

·        Contribute to the planning and managing of content calendars including researching trends and sharing content ideas.

·        Ensure alignment with product launches, campaigns, and strategic priorities.

·        Maintain and develop knowledge on the markets and all asset classes.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad stakeholder network — including Investment and Sales - to ensure effective content delivery. 

·        Act as a key internal contact for investment, market and strategy-related expertise.

·        Adapt content for multiple jurisdictions as required.

·        Support continuous improvement of content through feedback and performance insights.

Profile

 A degree in English, Finance, Journalism, or a related field, and at least 5–7 years of experience in the asset management industry or financial journalism.
 Strong writing and editing skills in English are essential, with the ability to adapt complex investment topics into clear, engaging material. Experience in digital publishing is preferred.
 Have a strong understanding of financial markets and skilled at researching and identifying investment trends.
 Proven expertise across equities, fixed income, alternatives and sustainable investing.
 Ability to manage multiple relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 Comfortable working within a team environment and autonomously.
 Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or another European language is advantageous.
 Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing content flows with multiple stakeholders.
 Professional qualifications such as the IMC or CFA are desirable.
