Corporate Communications at Candriam operates as a strategic function dedicated to managing both external and internal messaging. The team of five experts interact closely with stakeholders across Candriam in order to strategically support the internal communication goals of the business, as well as actively promote Candriam externally.
Candriam is looking to strengthen its Communication platform with a strategic new hire.
This role requires a skilled Corporate Communications Manager to support Candriam's communication strategy across both internal communications and media relations.
This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing the flow of information within the company and in managing our external presence within the media.
Key responsibilities include:
- Internal Communications: Oversee the development and dissemination of internal communications, including corporate news, intranet content management, corporate newsletters, and department-specific communications, to foster a culture of transparency and engagement.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the media, manage press releases and media inquiries, manage our relationship with our local PR agencies, work closely with spokespeople across our investment teams and leadership to develop messaging, and strategically position Candriam in the market to enhance our brand visibility and reputation.
- Corporate and Crisis Communication: Support communication response to crises, ensuring that Candriam maintains its reputation and that leaders are supported throughout. Support the development of talking points, Q&As and client communication in relation to company developments for the client facing and investment teams.
