Mission

As HR Generalist, you are a key figure within our Belgian Branch HR team and will report to the Head of HR Belgium.

You combine operational strength with strategic insight and act as a true sparring partner for management. You contribute to challenging HR projects and processes and actively help shape our HR strategy.
You’re not afraid of operational work, but you go beyond execution: you think along, build, and take initiative. Thanks to your creativity, flexibility, and adaptability, you know how to translate HR policies into concrete actions that make an impact.

Responsabilité

1. Manage & Optimize HR Processes of the Belgian Branch
Current operational HR processes—including the HR Helpdesk, workforce communication (work rules, intranet, recurring updates, changes), fleet management, invoices, and personnel administration workflows—must be managed and thoroughly reviewed to enhance efficiency and sustainability.


2. Implementation of New HR Policies in the Belgian Branch
A comprehensive review and modernization of HR policies is needed to align with evolving business and regulatory requirements.


3. Compliance with Belgian Regulatory Changes
Given recent and upcoming legislative changes, it is essential to conduct a thorough analysis and implement the necessary adjustments to ensure full compliance.

These include:
• The law on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions
• The law on Overtime
• The law on Private Research
• Anticipated changes from the new coalition agreement (De Wever government)


You will review and adjust control processes to ensure regulatory compliance of our HR procedures.

Profil

• Not an entry-level profile – you already have experience in an HR role within a corporate environment, Financial sector is a plus.
• Creative, dynamic, and proactive.
• Resilient and adaptable.
• Consultancy experience is a plus, but you understand and are familiar with corporate operations.
• Native bilingual in Dutch/French and fluent in English.
• Flexible, hands-on, solution oriented and corporate minded
