Mission
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team at Candriam Belgium Branch.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in Asset Management and within different expertises in this sector, e.g., Communication, Brand, IT, Fund management, engineering, ... and build valuable skills for their future career.
You will work closely with our experienced team, contributing to meaningful projects and learning about the operations of a fast-paced Asset Management environment.
Responsabilities
• Assist in day-to-day activities of the team/department and provide administrative support.
• Participate in project-specific tasks, e.g., research, data analysis, content creation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects.
• Conduct market research or analysis to support ongoing initiatives.
• Help with the creation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Shadow team members to gain an understanding of different roles within the company.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions.
You will gain hands-on experience different Asset management roles (Marketing, Communication, IT, Fund Management,...), have mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry and have the opportunity to network and build professional relationships.
Profile
• Currently enrolled in a Master's program
• Strong interest in Asset Management or other related topics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For Technical internships, proficiency in specific tools, software, or programming languages if applicable, e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Python.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
