Based in our Paris Office, near Champs Elysées Avenue and on an apprenticeship contract, the Junior Talent Acquisition Officer is involved in the group’s recruitment process and various HR projects related to talent management, quality of work life, diversity, inclusion, as well as various administrative HR tasks.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition group, your main responsibilities include:
- Participating in the group-level recruitment process: analyzing CVs, directly approaching external candidates, organizing interviews with the Head of Talent Acquisition or group's managers, responding to applications, etc.
- Handling spontaneous applications.
- Participating in the internal mobility process and career management.
- Independently managing the recruitment of interns and apprentices in France and internationally: gathering requirements from managers, drafting job offers, screening applications, conducting qualification interviews, coordinating interviews with business managers, handling contractual aspects, and onboarding processes.
- Interns and Apprentices Monitoring: Coordination with universities and schools, onboarding, interviews at +30 days and +90 days, tracking leaves and absences, organizing events, etc.
- Negotiation and Partnership Management with Job Teaser.
- Participation in Relationship Management with Schools and Universities, in France and internationally.
- Involvement in HR Projects: Standardizing job descriptions, Talent Review, organizing events (such as Discovering Candriam, Well-Being or Diversity & Inclusion events), etc.
- Contributing to Salary Benchmarking and Writing Thematic Notes as part of market competitive intelligence.
- Bachelor's or Master's student in HR or equivalent.
- Interest in the financial sector and financial markets activities. Ability to understand the roles in asset management.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Empathy and good listening abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity, a desire to learn, ability to seek and find solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and autonomy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (capable of conducting interviews in this language).
