- Support order monitoring and execution, including small order automation (FX, government bonds, investment-grade credit).
- Contribute to the development and improvement of pricing and pre-trade tools used by the desk.
- Act as a point of contact between the trading desk and IT teams for tool development and issue resolution
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Produce Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) reports across asset classes: equities, fixed income, derivatives, and currencies.
- Analyze best execution factors (e.g., speed, order type, broker market share) in collaboration with Compliance.
- Automate standard TCA reporting and trade statistics tools.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly trading activity reports for internal stakeholders, broker review committees, and regulatory bodies.
- Support the production of complex, non-automated TCA reports for institutional clients (e.g., pension funds).
- Respond to data requests from brokers, counterparties, and execution platforms.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Solid knowledge of finance and financial markets.
- Strong coding skills, particularly in Python and VBA.
