Mission

As a recognized authority within your area of expertise, you will serve as a key reference point in the competence center. Your responsibilities include:

Expertise & Innovation: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge in your field and contribute to defining standards, best practices, and innovative solutions.


Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on architecture and technical documentation, solve complex problems, and support major business and IT transformations.


Knowledge Sharing: Communicate complex topics clearly, mentor technical analysts, and deliver training—especially for newcomers.


Collaboration & Responsibility: Work cross-functionally to tackle multidisciplinary challenges, actively contribute to competence center initiatives, and take full ownership of your missions and outcomes.

Responsabilities

Active member of the competence centre team

o    Ensures technical consistency of applications by checking they comply with the Technology catalogue during Architecture Review process

o    Contribute to definition and implementation of Best Practices for secured development life cycle

o    Contribute to definition, implementation and maintenance of shared components/libraries/templates for .Net development landscape

o    Contribute to the choice of the technical stacks and products to be used inside the company (IT Technology Catalog)

o    Participate in assessment of proof of concept

o    Knowledge transfer to IT teams via trainings

o    Help IT domain on recruitment process to evaluate technical skills

 

Main actor for API governance inside competence center team

o    Propose governance model, strategy and best practice

o    Make sure guidelines are followed by IT teams

o    Training sessions

o    Managing collaboration with the CDO office

 

Application owner for a set of products used by all IT teams

o    Maintenance

o    Support

o    Managing obsolescence and vulnerabilities

 

Support to business for Python

o    Provide business developers with best practice and guidelines

o    Integrate their work into our secured development life cycle process

o    Pro active partnership to help business implement new strategies with Python

 

Market review

o    Always be aware of major technology trends to maintain Candriam Information System in a state-of-the-art position

o    Key technical domains : Microsoft frameworks, Microsoft Azure stacks, API Management and Python

Profile

Technical skills

• Microsoft .Net expertise : .Net / ASP.Net Core / Blazor
• API standards, governance, management for a .net ecosystem
• Test based development frameworks (unit testing, manual and automation integration)
• Microsoft Azure development stacks
• Azure devops specialist (ideally with a certification)
• Agile practitioner (ideally with a certification)
• Some Python experience as a developer would be appreciated
