Mission
As an HR Generalist, you are a key member of our Belgian Branch HR team and will report to the Head of HR Belgium.
You combine operational excellence with strategic insight and act as a trusted partner for colleagues and management.
Beyond day-to-day execution, you actively contribute to HR projects, improve processes, and help shape our HR strategy.
With your creativity, flexibility, and adaptability, you translate HR policies into concrete, impactful actions that enhance both business performance and employee experience.
You are hands-on and pragmatic, yet forward-thinking: you build, challenge, and take initiative.
Responsabilité
1. Manage & Optimize HR Processes
· Manage daily HR operations together with the team, including onboarding, HR helpdesk, employee communication, and personnel administration.
· Act as process owner for one or more HR streams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
2. Implement New HR Policies & Projects
· Contribute to the modernization of HR policies to meet evolving business and employee needs.
·Lead or support the implementation and follow-up of new HR initiatives and projects.
3. Ensure Regulatory Compliance
·Monitor new legislation, implementing adjustments to ensure full compliance.
·Review and strengthen control processes in line with Belgian regulatory requirements.
Profil
• Proven HR experience in a corporate environment (experience in the financial sector is a strong asset).
• Creative, dynamic, and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Fluent in French, Dutch & English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, hands-on, solution-oriented, and business-minded.
