Mission
Our IAM tool is at the heart of an ever-growing and improving environment and requires special attention and adaptations to maintain all user and application access managements.
The Analytics tool grafts on IAM data to provide detailed reports used for our yearly recertification process.
Both applications are from the same supplier and work hand in hand to provide up to date access & user management with reporting for revalidating the access rights.
Responsabilité
Get the knowledge on the innards of the application within Candriam with our external application experts via specific training (you must have the pre-requisites stated within technical skills section);
Implement secured users accesses to applications with workflows within Identity & Access Management Application and adaptation of business roles;
Manage users and elaborate access rights with the tool;
Input applications roles/profiles provisioning;
Input, design and implement validation workflows;
Align with the new production systems;
Integrate new access rights in the IAM application;
Automate access provisioning based on roles (RBAC (Role Based Access Control));
Update procedures and IAM applications forms when needed;
Implement requested security/compliance policies & measures;
Create and maintain reporting for Compliance;
Participate in re-certification processes;
Be the 2nd line support for access demand;
Coordinate on installation/ upgrade / configuration of related applications;
Be highly involved in the integration of the tool within infrastructure development and future projects.
Coordinate the request for analytics reports based on Audit / Security needs for recertifications upon agreed dates within required standards
Profil
You have a degree (or diploma of higher education) in an IT-related subject, or equivalent experience;
You have 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar function and now seek to complement your existing knowledge and skills;
AD / AD-LDS
Basic LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) queries
PHP/MySQL + Java
PowerShell/scripting
Capacity to automate and optimize processes based on management requests
Capacity to document processes
Capacity to adapt your communication skills based on your contact
MS Azure knowledge for active directory connector usage
Basic Knowledge of Project management Methodologies such as Prince 2 / Agile / ITIL
You have a customer-oriented mind-set;
You are quality driven;
You have planning and multi-tasking skills;
Proactive attitude with pre-checks for required deliveries;
You are a good communicator;
You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch and any other languages is a plus;
You are used to working in an international, multilingual environment.
You are interested in and keeping up to date with modern technologies.
