Mission

The Facilities & Logistics department is part of the HR Business Line and has teams based in Paris, Brussels, Luxembourg and London.
You will be part of the Paris team.

The French Branch comprises around 250 people (employees, external consultants, interns) based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Working time is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.



Responsabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Coordination: managing all aspects of day-to-day facilities such as ordering office supplies, assist visitors, fleet management, printing services, catering services, building management, travel management.

  • Ticket management: follow-up and manage employee’s requests.

  • Being the single point of contact for vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, …). 

  • Telecom Services: activation and follow-up of telecom subscriptions.

  • Key contact within the Onboarding process, assuring that all employees receive adequate and personalized package: mobile, access badge and office equipment.

  • Project Management: coordination of move requests and refurbishment.

  • Real Estate: manage relationship with landlord.

  • Experience in Health & Safety, fire marshal and first aid.

  • Manage intruder alarm.

  • Review and improve internal processes.

  • Travel: Manage travel platform and renew hotel contracts.

  • Understand and review contracts with various stakeholders.

Relevant experience in Facilities and Office Management.
